^{Ladies, we did it again….we must congratulate ourselves for our participation in the "Komen National Race for the Cure."  Twelve of us contributed $20 each and walked 5 Kilometers in Washington, D.C, on June 3rd in support of finding a cure for breast cancer. Thank you all again, for your participation.} 

^{This event was dear to my heart, since my mother, Lola, is a breast cancer survivor of 16 yrs. of her left breast and a 1 year survivor of her right breast. I had the blessing of having my parents vacation with us this summer for 2 months from their home in the Dominican Republic.}

^{Lola has benefited from the latest medical technology. God continues to bless her with a good life and she has begun her own "Breast Cancer" support group in the Dominican Republic.}
